Walk to reduce cancer risk

Cancer has become the leading cause of death, and its morbidity and mortality are rising, posing a great threat to public health.

Cancer prevention and treatment are closely related to people’s life.  Thus the prevention of cancer is particularly important, in which the world’s medical experts are also conducted a number of in-depth multi-angle study.

Walking every day to prevent a variety of cancer. A new study, carried out by the British Walker Association and the Macmillan Cancer Cancer Center, found that walking 1.6 km in 20 min per day has significant benefits in breast, prostate, and colon cancer treatment. The maximum can reduce 50% risk of death.

Previously, a number of latest international studies clearly pointed out that walking can enhance immunity, improve endocrine and regulate hormone levels.
